General Policies
- Cleaning fee is $120
- Security Deposit is $750
- Tax is 13% (6% state of Idaho sales tax, 2% state of Idaho lodging tax, 5% city of Sandpoint tourism tax)
- 2 night minimum ~ All seasons except summer
- 4 night minimum ~ Summer season
- Maximum occupancy 6 people
- Absolutely NO pets or smoking
- Check-In 4pm
- Check-Out 11am
Payment Information
We currently accept Visa & Mastercard, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks
Refunds and Cancellations Policies
If you cancel your reservation you will receive a refund according to the following stipulations:
100% Refund: 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date
50% Refund: 30-59 days prior to scheduled arrival date
0% Refund: 29 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date
We will make every effort to re-rent the unit. If we are successful in re-renting it during the period you originally reserved, we will refund the full rental fee. Whether we are able to re-rent the unit or not, security deposits ($750) and cleaning fees ($120) will always be refunded.
